Tastemakers Ariel Okin, author of 'The Happy Home', Christopher Spitzmiller, author of 'A Year at Clove Brook Farm', and Ann Yancy, founder of Ro Sham Beaux, will share their perspectives on timeless style, inspired spaces, and the creative process in a post-tour panel, recorded live for “Talk Shop with Ariel Okin" - A Fenimore Lane Production.

Ariel Okin Interiors
Ariel Okin
Ariel Okin is the founder of her eponymous New York-based firm, Ariel Okin Interiors, specializing in residential, commercial and hospitality projects across the country. Known for creating warm, livable and elegant spaces, with an edited, contemporary and practical approach, Okin employs a deft use of color, an emphasis on clean lines, and a mix of bespoke and antique items. No two projects are alike; Ariel believes every home should reflect its owner.

She has been profiled in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Domino, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, House and Garden UK, and New York Magazine, among others. A longtime contributing writer to Vogue, Okin also helms her own media company, Fenimore Lane, an editorial and e-commerce site, and hosts the design podcast, Talk Shop: A Fenimore Lane Production.

Ariel lives in the suburbs of New York with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Charlie. Okin's first book, The Happy Home: Layered Interiors for Joyful Living, will be released this spring from Rizzoli.

Ro Sham Beaux
Ann Yancy
Founder and Principal Designer of Ro Sham Beaux, Ann studied sculpture, metal-smithing, and jewelry-making at the Portland School of Art. After introducing her first lighting line in New York, she settled in Charleston, South Caroline to launch Ro Sham Beaux in 2021. Ro Sham Beaux designs can now be seen in the finest stores, homes and commercial spaces from South Hampton and Beverly Hills to the Cayman Islands.

Christopher Spitzmiller
Christopher Spitzmiller’s lamps, tableware, and other ceramics are found in every chic A-list interior, including the White House, and are regularly featured in celebrated publications includingArchitectural Digest and the Wall Street Journal. He is on the board of the Garden Conservancy and the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House.
